Aim: The purpose of this prospective cohort study is to evaluate the possible microbiome amniotic cavity in second trimester asymptomatic pregnant women by culture-based technique. Materials and Methods: This was conducted Gaziantep University Gynecology Obstetrics Clinic between October 2017 November 2019. 100 who had amniocentesis for genetic screening fetus, no complaints or clinical symptoms vaginal chorioamnionitis infection, were included study.
